We have a rigorous design process, and will work closely with you to achieve the best design for your needs. We will present you with a draft design to start, which you can feedback to us, and we will make the necessary changes. There is no limit to how many drafts you can accept and change. However, once the design process has started as approved by you, the Website design-fee is non-refundable.
