Q.	Who owns the domain name and the website?
A.	Your nursery. They are your property at all times.

Q.	Is there a minimum contract?
A.	No. There is no contract to tie you down.

Q.	Can I get you design my website and I host it somewhere else?
A.	We use a specialized content management system to host your website. So you will need to find a hosting provider with a compatible content management system.

Q.	Will you increase the monthly fee in the future?
A.	No. We will guarantee this fixed price forever.

Q.	I have already got my domain name, can I transfer it to your server?
A.	Yes.

Q.	Do I need to provide you with graphics and pictures?
A.	We have an extensive range of stock photos which could be used free of charge. However many nurseries would also like to include some of their own nursery's photos..

Q.	When do I have to provide you with text?
A.	It is often difficult to supply us with text for the whole website from the start, especially for a new nursery. Your prospectus would be a good start. Alternatively we could provide you with a generic text template where you could customise it to suit your own nursery.

Q.	Can you please tell me the setup time that it would take for the website to be up and running from when I decide to start the website?
A.	Upon receiving the order from you, our web designer will come up with a design within a week. Your comments and suggestions will be most welcomed and we will do unlimited changes until you’re fully satisfied. Normally, your website will be completed in 2-3 weeks time. However, if you have urgent time requirements, we will try our best to meet it.
